The annual Panathlon SEND Primary and Secondary Ten Pin Bowling festivals took place on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th January 2024. Each day was split into multiple sessions to accommodate for the growing interest across the district.
Schools could bring teams of 6 students who competed to obtain the highest average score. Individual awards were also presented at the end of each event for Highest Score and Most Strikes and Spares.
Doug Finlayson, Hunts SSP Partnership Manager said, “It was great to welcome so many children with special educational needs and disabilities to One Leisure St Ives Indoor Centre over the past two days. 85 students in total has exceeded our expectations for the events. Huge thank you goes to Panathlon who continue to provide students from Huntingdonshire with amazing opportunities to get active, have fun and represent their school.”
